The Flight Training Australia Theory Centre offers students the courses they need to achieve their professional flying goals.
Our Chief Ground Instructor is Charles Cox who has been running aviation theory courses since 1989 and has an outstanding reputation for delivering excellence in training and most importantly, enabling the majority of his students to pass their exams THE FIRST TIME.
Under Charles's leadership, the Flight Training Australia Theory Centre delivers courses from BAK/PPL, Commercial, IREX, right through to ATPL. These courses are delivered in modern, climate controlled classrooms using state of the art presentation equipment and many "hands-on" training aids. Charles believes that a full sensory experience is an invaluable aide in the learning process.
As a special benefit of FTA Theory, there is often the chance to visit our own workshop facility and see first hand some of the aircraft systems that are being discussed in class. This unique opportunity gives students an incredibly valuable experience in gaining an understanding of complex aircraft systems and general aerodynamic principles.
