Allan is an expert in Global marketing. He has opened offices in China, India and the Middle East as well as running many national operations, here in Australia. He has a strong commercial pedigree which saw him sit across a number of portfolios at Virgin Blue Airlines, including the chair of the "Business Tourism Advisory Board". In addition to his business accumen, Allan is also a pilot who has trained in both Australia and in the United States. He has an excellent understanding of the global flight training market and will ensure Flight Training Australia remains at the cutting edge of the pilot training industry. |

 | Captain Peter Boughen - Director of Training Peter gained his Commercial Pilot Licence and Instructor Rating in 1981 and after gaining flying experience, was employed by Qantas in 1984 at the age of 20. He was promoted rapidly and at age 27 became the youngest jet Captain (B767) in the history of Qantas. With over 23 years of airline experience, Peter has held several senior positions over his distinguished career. Most recently, he held the position of Chief Pilot & Head of Training for Jetstar Asia. Previously, Peter was a Senior Check Captain Qantas for Airbus A330 & Boeing B747 Fleet. He has been a Type Rating Examiner and Instructor (Singapore & Australia) on Airbus A320 & A330 aircraft as well as the Boeing B747 aircraft. Currently, Peter also holds Chief Pilot, Chief Flying instructor and CASA Authorised Testing Officer qualifications in Australia and is a qualified Grade 1 Instructor. |

 | Tony Powell - Chief Flying Instructor Tony Powell is well known as one of the most experienced and qualified chief flying instructors and authorised testing officers in the Australian Flight Training industry. His commitment and enthusiasm for flight training spans 25 years. Tony has considerable experience in the training of domestic and international airline cadet pilots and has several international approvals for Examiner of Airmen, including; Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department and South African Aviation Authority.

 | Shaun Rudduck – Chief Pilot Shaun has been with FTA through it’s many changes. After obtaining his Commercial pilot’s license, he commenced working with us in August 2006 as a Grade 3 Instructor.
Over the years Shaun’s commitment and sheer dedication to his training career has enabled him to progress through the ranks to now hold the position of Chief Pilot. Shaun holds a Grade 1 Instructor rating with Multi-Engine Training Approvals and has significant teaching experience and success with teaching Instrument Rating to students. He has also amassed numerous years of charter experience around QLD and NSW. |

 | Cherise Sterrenberg - Student Services Manager Cherise is responsible for student support to our domestic and international academy students. Furthermore, Cherise holds the important role of being responsible for the monitoring of student and academy compliance with the multitude of government legislation in regard to the training of foreign and domestic students. |
